Our love of food and wine was born out of a close friendship and cosy evenings. The years of cooking together have made wine a particularly important part of our friendship. Discovering perfect flavour combinations in dishes and the right wine-pairing creates magical moments, especially in fine surroundings and with pleasant company.
We, Verra Vino, like to be part of these magical moments.
During our travels, we have met inspiring winemakers, especially the new generation of small winemakers who grow completely biodynamic. With unprecedented passion and deep respect for nature, they manage small vineyards from 1 to 10 hectares. Natural yeasts, no use of pesticides and avoidance of machinery are hallmarks of these winemakers. Instead, they embrace traditional handwork, sometimes even using horses and old-fashioned ploughs. By lovingly applying countless wonderful techniques, we want to share these special wines with you.
