The fruity, berry-like, dark red Pétillant Naturel is pressed from the two grape varieties Blauburger and Rösler. A deliciously surprisingly elegant sparkling wine with a low alcohol content and notes of blackcurrant (cassis). Fine (light) bubble due to naturally formed carbon dioxide. Weingut Haider – Jung & Sexy 2023 (Pet-Nat)

Region: Burgenland, Austria
Grape variety: Blauburger and Rösler / 11.5% alcohol
Soil: Humus-rich brown earth / clay soil

Short maceration. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks, no filtration, bottled towards the end of fermentation. No addition of sulphites. Natural acidity and sugar gradation. No fining or other additives. Therefore, turn the bottle upside down and swirl it gently so that the sediment rises.
